This Healthy Habits Activity Pack will lay the foundation for our little ones to create their own healthy habits.
They will explore which foods are good for their teeth and which cause cavities. They will use playdough to create plaque on their dental model & then practice brushing and flossing the plaque away.
They will play with a variety of fruit and vegetable counters with activity cards which include matching, colours, numbers and patterns. The tweezers allow for our little ones to practice their fine motor skills.
Our little ones will love the lemongrass aroma of the playdough from Mrs Muller's House of Fun. Our very favourite playdough. They will use their fruit cutters and vegetable cutters to create their own playdough food.
Healthy Habits include gross motor movement and daily exercise. We have included cubes which our little ones can fold and glue together & then roll. When they roll the cube, it will land on a movement such as hop on one foot and they will then perform the activity. We have also included a balloon for the parent to blow up and then hit the balloon back and forth with their little one. This works on hand eye co-ordination and is so much fun. Lea loves to call this game "Keepy Uppies".

There are two options:
1. Activities packed in a Clear Storage Tub which allows for easy messy play with the playdough and storage of activities.
2. Activities packed in a Paper Gift Bag which is a more affordable option, should you have your own storage tubs or trays for sensory play.
